Villa Amarilla is a spacious townhouse property, and with its three bedrooms is large enough to accommodate a family of six. The third bedroom is at the lower level and contains an alcove with wardrobe and single bed in addition to the separate double bed. A sofa and music system are also situated in the main bedroom area. The living accommodation on the first floor, raised above street level, consists of a lounge, good size separate kitchen and separate toilet washbasin. Stairs lead up to the two second floor bedrooms and full bathroom. Further stairs provide access to the rooftop solarium, which is secluded and where the sun is received all day. There are three patios - two at the front of the house and one at the rear by the kitchen, which has a built in BBQ and looks out on to the well cared for and enclosed gardens. The communal swimming pools are only a few yards from the property.

General Description

Five mile beach with its soft golden sand is a leisurely 10 minute stroll through the pine groves and dunes and does not get overcrowded. There is a bar/restaurant on the urbanisation and fresh bread is available daily from a delivery van. Guardamar town centre is 3 kilometres away and has an abundance of bars, restaurants, shops and 3 large supermarkets. There is a local bus which stops on the urbanisation and travels through Guardamar. A car is however recommended for supermarket trips and sight seeing.

Linen and towels are provided. The kitchen contains all most modern conveniences, and there is a satellite TV system providing 12 English language channels.
