One bedroom apartment located in the beach resort area called Torre La Mata. The property is located on the second floor, which is accessed by the stairs or lift, and provides a nice view of the nearby Mediterranean sea. The apartment comprises, an entrance hallway with the main bedroom accessed from this hallway.  The bedroom contains a double bed, bedside table and a wardrobe. The bathroom is located adjacent to the bedroom. The bathroom has a full suite with toilet, washbasin, and ¼ bath with shower over bath. At the end of the hallway is the lounge, it has a sofa bed, ceiling fan, video, TV (Spanish only) and large wall unit. Just off the lounge area is a small kitchenette. Although this kitchenette is compact, it is fully functional and comes complete with a fridge/freezer, gas oven and hob, washing machine, and a sink.  There is also a full range of cupboards, laden with all necessary self-catering crockery and utensils.  In addition, there is a toaster, electric kettle, iron & ironing board. Off the lounge is a balcony, which is fully glazed, (for your additional convenience, the windows can be opened, or the glass removed if preferred), this is currently being utilised as a dining area, with a table and four chairs.

General Description

Outside there is off street parking on the resident's car park.  A rocky cove is accessible from the car park area and is only about a minute's walk from the apartment.  The nearest sandy beach cove is just a five minute stroll away.  The main beaches of La Mata are about a seven minute walk.  The nearest supermarket is about a four minute walk from the property, as are several bars and restaurants, which stretch along the promenade from the property into La Mata.  There is also a bus stop right outside the apartment block, on the main road.  There is no communal pool, but there is a restaurant about 3 minutes from the apartment that has a pool; the pool is open to the public and costs about one euro to use it for the day.
