This is one of two, three bedroom self-catering holiday villas available to rent in the urbanisation area of Aguas Nuevas. These two villas are next door to each other, with both properties enjoying views of the Mediterranean sea and surrounding areas from the roof top sun terrace. It comprises one double master bedroom with full en-suite facilities and generous wardrobe storage, in addition there are two twin bedrooms, providing ample accommodation for a family of six.  There is an additional full bathroom on the ground floor.  Also on the ground floor is a comfortable lounge/diner with dining table and seating for four, the lounge area has a large sofa bed, and English satellite television. Both bathrooms in the villa have full suites with a bath and shower over. The fully equipped separate kitchen has a microwave, hob, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board.  Outside, there is a garden and private driveway, with a lovely inviting communal pool just a few yards away. There are a choice of beautiful sandy beaches just a 10 minute drive away from the apartment. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are just a short stroll away, and the town of Torrevieja is about 15 minutes away.
