Located in the urbanisation area of Aguas Nuevas, the villa enjoys views of the Mediterranean sea and surrounding areas from the roof top sun terrace. The villa also offers the benefits of being constructed over two floors. It comprises one double master bedroom with full en-suite facilities and generous wardrobe storage, in addition there are two twin bedrooms, providing ample accommodation for a family of six.  There is an additional full bathroom on the ground floor.  On the ground floor is a comfortable lounge/diner with dining table and seating for four, the lounge area has a large sofa bed, and English satellite television. Both bathrooms in the villa have full suites with a bath and shower over. The fully equipped separate kitchen has a microwave, hob, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board.  Outside, there is a garden and private driveway, with a lovely inviting communal pool just a few yards away. There are a choice of beautiful sandy beaches just a 10 minute drive away from the apartment. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are just a short stroll away, and the town of Torrevieja is about 15 minutes away.
