This self-catering holiday apartment is available to rent in Spain all year round, in considerable more comfort than a hotel and much more economical. Ideally located in the seaside town of Torrevieja, just a two minute walk from one beach (Playa de los Locos) and a five minute walk from another (Playa del Cura), everything you could want is within easy strolling distance. This eliminates the need for a car, or for driving yours, if you have brought one.

This apartment offers close access to two of the most popular beaches in Torrevieja. The Playa del Cura is extremely popular and well known for its very fine, clean sand, crystal clear waters, and its waterfront, made up of bars and restaurants. The Playa de los Locos is larger, wider, and has a mixture of rocks and sand at one extreme and nothing but fine, golden sand at the other. This beach has a single, curious fig tree growing out of the middle of the sand with no other vegetation growing on any part of the beach. The earliest risers earn the right to the shade offered by this unique tree. Regardless of which beach you choose, your apartment is a very short stroll away, meaning easy access and no traffic jams to face at the end of the day.

General Description

This well-appointed 1-bedroom apartment has a lift and a staircase for easy accessibility. The master bedroom features a double bed, bed-side tables, a generous wardrobe, a full-height mirror, a small television, and dressers. The bedroom comes fully furnished, with linen, blankets, curtains and bedspreads. All windows and the balcony also feature external shutter blinds, effectively keeping the sun out until you are ready for it!

The fully tiled bathroom features a full-sized bath with shower over, WC, wash basin, bidet, mirror, and towels.

The "American style" kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dish washer, electric hob, coffee pot, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, saucepans, pots, dishes, and cutlery. All utensils, tablecloth, and napkins are provided to allow you the option of eating at home.

The living room/dining room features a dining room table with tablecloth and seating for four. The sofa folds out into a bed to give extra capacity as needed. A large television is provided in case you tire of the perfect weather. One of the most indispensable features of the apartment - the balcony - is located off the living room. The balcony, along with its four chairs and folding table, is perfect for taking that morning coffee or tea, or an afternoon beer and for enjoying Torrevieja's typically warm and sunny weather. You'll be looking for excuses to sit out there to enjoy the wonderful climate.

In case in the evening it should drop below the balmy temperatures typical of the area, an electric heater is also provided.

A large, well-maintained community pool is available for use by guests as well.

This one bedroom self-catering apartment is available to rent in spain all year round at very competitive prices - prices start at just £150 per family per week (i.e. for the apartment per week not per person!).  The apartment is tastefully furnished with all mod cons, and comfortably accommodates a family of three or four.  Special rates are available if you are planning to rent in spain for extended periods.
