This ground floor two bedroom apartment is located in the Mar Azul
(Blue Sea) region, to the south east of Torrevieja town centre. It
has its own terrace and well kept gardens to the front and rear of
the property. Free parking spaces are plentiful on the road in front
of the apartment. The property has a spacious lounge, with one large
settee, two arm chairs, a free-standing fan, and a 21” colour
television, which has Spanish, German and English channels. The kitchen
is fully equipped with a four burner electric hob, fridge/freezer,
automatic washing machine, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, and coffeemaker,
pots and pans, plates, cups, cutlery – all you need for your
self catering holiday. The dining area is complete with table, and
chairs for 5. There are two bedrooms; one double bedroom with a fitted
wardrobe and double bed, the other with two single beds (and a slide
out guest bed), chest of drawers and a fitted wardrobe. Full bathroom
with bath and shower over, WC, and sink with a mirror. The apartment
is in a quiet location, away from main roads. A communal swimming
pool, which is surrounded by restaurants and bars, is just 100mtrs
away.

General Description
Situated amongst avenues lined with swaying palms and gardens with
private pools, basket ball and tennis courts, so many shops bars

holiday venue.
Torrevieja is blessed with many award winning European Blue Flag beaches along
its coastline. The nearest beach is a 2 minute stroll from the apartment and
the next beach is 10 to 15 minutes walk and stretches for miles. You could relax
on any of over a dozen beaches within 20 minutes, or be on one of the golf courses
that are near by. Whether it is beach life, nature, shopping, culture,
or nightlife you are looking for, Torrevieja has it all. Bars restaurants
and local super markets are within 5 to 15 minutes walk from the apartment. The
apartment is situated approximately 35 minutes drive from the Alicante airport.
Torrevieja is surrounded by Laguna De la Mata and Salinas de Torrevieja (the
salt lakes), play host to some fascinating wild life, such as flamboyant Flamingos
who live on the lake. The apartment is only 2 miles away from the beaches of
Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca and La Zenia which have their own beach bars and
restaurants. On Saturday mornings, there are street markets taking place in nearby
villages.
