This is a one bedroom, ground floor apartment located in the established 'Rocio Del Mar' area of Punta Prima, and situated in a small complex of apartments called Villas Don Quixote.   These apartments additionally benefit from being located on the sea shore side of the coast road, which runs through Punta Prima, and therefore it's just a short stroll to the nearby sandy beach areas.

The property can be accessed either via the resident's secured car parking area, or along a side path from the road.

The apartment has an outside terrace with patio furniture, and is complete with a palm tree, which offers some shady respite from the beating sunshine, which this area of the Costa Blanca enjoys for some 320 days of the year.

Inside, the property opens out into a lounge with an integral dining area. Step inside the lounge and you'll find a settee, sideboard, chest of drawers, coffee table, TV with Cable TV, Radio and CD Player, dining table with four chairs, breakfast table and two chairs, feature fireplace (no fire).  To the left of the lounge is a compact American style kitchen, with a breakfast bar.  Inside this kitchen area is an oven & hob, (which is both electric and gas), larder fridge, microwave, toaster, ironing board & iron, plus all the necessary utensils to make your self-catering holiday complete.

The fully tiled bathroom is accessible from the lounge area.  Inside the bathroom is a full suite including a bath with shower over, a sink and toilet.  A space saving, automatic washing machine, is also conveniently located within the bathroom.

A short hallway leads to the master bedroom; within the bedroom is a double bed, two bedside tables complete with lamps, a double wardrobe and a chest of drawers. A special feature of the bedroom is the inclusion of patio doors which lead to the lovely communal pool area, which is open all year round. 

General Description

Punta Prima is situated 10 minutes south of Torrevieja, and just a 40 minute drive from Alicante airport on the main N332 coast road, with Murcia (San Javier) airport located 25 minute drive away .

The apartment overlooks the pool, which has a separate children's paddling area. Punta Prima beach is a short stroll away and further benefits by not having to cross any busy roads. There are many more blue flag beaches within striking distance of the apartment. Why not enjoy a coastal walk to Cabo Roig (Red Cape) where there are beautiful sandy beaches, some in cove settings with many leisure activities and beach bars?

A number of shops, restaurants and bars, with a variety of menus, also an English run newsagents and a small supermarket, are all within a casual stroll of the apartment.  A larger supermarket is located within 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Torrevieja is only a few minutes away by car, which has a marina, a lively promenade with side walk cafes, market stalls and street entertainers.

Torrevieja town has many fine restaurants, bars, gift shops and boutiques. Its main harbour area offers daily boat trips, and has a children's fun fair near the harbour wall. There is a very large street market on Fridays, and an indoor market every day selling fish, meat, fruit and vegetables, cheese, wine and a traditional bakery; Torrevieja is just a ten minute drive from the apartment
