Ideally located within a casual stroll of Torrevieja centre, and just 60 seconds from the beach - everything you could want is just a short stroll away. This eliminates the need for a car, or for driving yours, if you have brought one.

Step out the front door and turn left, the beach of Playa del Cura is just across the road. This beach is extremely popular for its fine, clean sand and crystal clear water. All along the beachfront are bars and restaurants, all remarkably reasonably priced. You'll think you are in paradise, sitting under a parasol in a cafe in the afternoon, feeling the warm breeze blowing gently by, listening to the waves lapping on the sand, and watching the palm trees lightly swaying. Best of all, your apartment is so close you don't have to wait in traffic jams at the end of the day or worry because you've left your suntan lotion at home and have to return.

General Description

This brand new, 2-bedroom apartment (completed July, 2003) has a lift and a staircase for easy accessibility. The master bedroom features a double bed, bed-side tables, a generous wardrobe, and a balcony, which allows a wonderful cross-breeze. The second bedroom features two single beds and a bedside table. Both bedrooms come fully furnished, with linens, blankets, curtains and bedspreads. All windows and balconies also feature external shutter blinds, effectively keeping the sun out until you are ready for it!

The fully tiled bathroom features a full-sized bath with shower, WC, hand basin, bidet, mirror, and towels.

The "American style" kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, oven, hob, coffee percolator, refrigerator/freezer, saucepans, pots, dishes, and cutlery. All utensils, tablecloth, and napkins are provided to allow you the option of eating at home.

The living room/dining room features a dining room table with tablecloth and seating for four. A sofa folds out into a bed to give extra capacity as needed. A 20" television is provided in case you tire of the perfect weather. And perhaps the best feature of the apartment - the second balcony - is located off the living room.

The balcony, along with its four chairs and folding table, is perfect for taking that morning coffee or tea, or an afternoon beer. As the apartment is located on a quiet side street, there is little to disturb the feeling of tranquility as you feel the sun's first rays warming you in the morning, or watch the stars come out after another perfect day. You'll be looking for excuses to sit out there to enjoy the wonderful weather.
