Casita del Playas is conveniently located down a side street directly opposite the beach of Playa de los Locos. The beach is just a two minute leisurely stroll from the apartment. All local amenities; shops, bars, restaurants etc, are just a short stroll away.

This first floor apartment is constructed on two levels, comprising: Entrance hallway with separate kitchen off to the left, next on the left is a downstairs toilet, at the end of the hallway is a lounge/dining room with patio doors (all windows and patio doors have wooden shutters). The patio doors open out onto a large balcony, which overlooks the communal pool.

From this floor, a set of stairs lead to a private roof solarium, which also overlooks the communal pool. The communal pool is a good size with patio and grassed areas. The local area is landscaped and planted with palm trees. A restaurant is conveniently accessible from within the complex.
