This two bedroom, ground floor, self-catering holiday apartment is available to rent in Spain all year round at very reasonable prices. Located in the Altos de la Bahia complex in Aguas Nuevas, the apartment has a very nice large communal pool to the rear of the property; where views can be enjoyed of the Mediterranean from the poolside while sipping a nice refreshing glass of sangria. The apartment is tastefully decorated throughout and comprises: one double bedroom with a ceiling fan and fitted wardrobe storage, a twin bedroom with ceiling fan and wardrobe, providing ample accommodation for a family of four.  There is a comfortable L shaped lounge/diner with dining table and seating for four. The lounge area has a large sofa bed (with pullout guest-bed), English satellite television, DVD player and a ceiling fan. The bathroom has full suite with a shower cubicle (but no bath). The fully equipped separate kitchen has a microwave, hob, oven, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board.  Outside, there is a patio area with private driveway.  There are a choice of beautiful sandy beaches just a 5 minute drive away from the apartment. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are all just a short leisurely stroll away, and the town centre of Torrevieja is about 15 minutes drive away.
