This is a lovely 3 bedroom ground floor apartment located just a few Kilometres South of Torrevieja. The apartment comprises: one double bedroom, and two twin bedrooms, lounge/diner and kitchen. For those additional guests there is also an additional children's bed (fold-up bed). The accommodation benefits from English satellite TV, microwave, cooker, washing machine, fridge/freezer. Clean linen is supplied on your arrival. A communal pool is situated just a few metres from the door, which includes a baby pool. You will be provided with your own personal key for entry to the pool area. All rooms have cooling fans; there are also blower heaters and blankets for your convenience during the colder evenings of the winter months.

General Description

Situated in a residential urbanisation on the outskirts of South Eastern Torrevieja, the urbanisation borders La Florida, and Dream Hills, and close to Playa Flamenca. The property has a sheltered porch with patio table and chairs, and has a large patio with sun loungers. Close by there are Mediterranean blue flag beaches and championship golf courses, the town of Torrevieja is just a 10 minutes drive. There is also a bus stop just down from the house, which services all local areas and Torrevieja. Bars restaurants, and supermarkets are just a few minutes walk from the apartment.

The apartment is cleaned and supplied with clean fresh bed linen and towels prior to your arrival and changed on your departure. To reserve accommodation a booking deposit of 25% of the total price is required, the balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. If booking is within eight weeks, full payment is required. A deposit of 200 euros is required for key/security, and refunded when the keys are returned, subject to there being no damage and no excess cleaning is required.
