Booking Procedures for our Self Catering Apartments and Villas
to Rent in Torrevieja, Spain
Here's the procedure we follow for your Booking Enquiry:

Upon receipt of your initial
booking enquiry email, we confirm with the owner that the
property is still available, and reply to your email to confirm
availability, or advise on a suitable alternative.
NOTE: If we do not hear from you again within 48 hours of our reply, we have to assume you do not wish to proceed.

Once you have confirmed your requirements and home
address, we will contact the owner and advise them to send you
a Booking Form. Please
complete this booking form and return it to the property owner
as quickly as possible (but at least within 10 days of receipt).

We allow you 10
days to return the booking form, together with your
cheque for the agreed amount (see below for payment terms).
NOTE: If your booking form is not returned within 10 days, we reserve the right to re-allocate your booking
Payment
Bookings can only be held for 10 days pending receipt of the returned booking form and your 25% deposit. The balance will be due within eight weeks of your departure. (If your initial booking is received within eight weeks of your planned departure, the full amount will be due at the time of booking).
If you download our booking form from our download area, please confirm availability before making payments.

We have an on-line guest book, where you may view comments from previous guests who have stayed at our accommodation - or even add comments yourself!
